Salary:- 12,500 to 18000/month

 

Mode:- Work from office 

 

Location:- Thane

 

Working Hours: 9:30am-6:30pm

   Monday to Saturday 

Roles & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for front end and Mid-level management of requirement received 

from your reporting manager

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, references, social media etc.

• Screen candidates resume and job applications

• Scheduling shortlisted profile for Face-to-face round of interview with Regional HR and Line manager

• Achieving walk-in target or Selection/Joinee target

• Taking follow up with candidate for interview process and joining formalities

• Coordinate with Client for Interview line up

 

Requirements and skills:-

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)

• Excellent time-management skills

• Convincing Skills

• Graduation in any stream, Specialize HR Educational course is highly preferred, Minimum HSC Qualification is mandate.

 

KRA & KPI:

❖ Meet Hiring target

❖ Target – schedule & share 8 eligible profile for the day

❖ Meet Minimum 1 Select Target or 3 Walkins in a day

❖ Maintain a record of your daily performance which should include the following:-

Total Calls,

Connected Calls, Interested,

Not Interested

Schedules (Total & Location wise also), References, Schedule, Conversion.

❖ Should discuss Role, CTC & Location with candidate before sharing it to TL or client for interview

❖ Target achievement :80% (3 hire pm Net active for FY)

❖ LDT: Not more than 20% for the Financial Year.
