Roles & responsibilities
1. To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate. Perform duties such as study the geographical market, identify and accompany prospective clients to the property site, discuss conditions of sales.
2. Meeting the clients to understand their property requirements.
3. Arranging site visits of the clients.
4. Helping clients to find out the property on the basis of requirements.
5. Coordinating with developers sales managers.
6. Followups with the clients.
7. Cross projects discussion.
Requirements:
1. Excellent Communication Skills (Hindi and English)
2. Motivated and Result-Oriented
